ConAgra Foods in Macon, local supplier of Banquet products, is seeking qualified individuals to fill entry level openings in the Processing department. Must be flexible to work any shift or workweek. Overtime availability is based on business needs.
The primary functions of entry level production include but are not limited to the following:
Supply the production lines with packaging material
Hand palletize finished case of product onto appropriate pallets
Transport finished pallets to warehouse staging in a timely manner
Monitor, inspect and orientate product on conveyors
Sort and place non-conforming product and packaging into tubs and rework acceptable back into line in a timely manner
Observe all safety regulations and ensuring all GMP and quality standards are met and to maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process
Prefer at least one year of continuous manufacturing employment in work history
Additionally:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to do the essential job functions for entry level positions which includes lifting up to 50#
Background screen required
Post offer drug screen required
