Responsibilities We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Information Technology Group. The employee will be engaged in various aspects of design and delivery of high-quality business data movement and business intelligence reports by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders and software development team members. The Business Analyst serves as the liaison between the sales, operations, and technical development teams. This person will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, and managing the business needs of the stakeholders; including customers, partners, and end users. The BA will work closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to identify business needs, define projects, develop requirements, report results and manage the effort to completion. This position will provide support for production issues, enhancement requests, or new projects based on organizational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clearly defined, detailed, and documented requirements for enhancement of existing data and business, intelligence reports and creation of new data movements and business intelligence reports. Create and maintain documents/deliverables related to a stakeholder request (vision/scope document, requirements, mockups/designs, flow diagrams, etc.). Maintain accountability of stakeholder request during initiation, requirements gathering and design phases and ensure request is assigned to a development sprint in accordance with defined SLAs. Provide assistance creating and tracking project deliverables and work items in JIRA. Conduct UAT with stakeholders and verify that the delivered data and business intelligence reports meet the customer needs based on the requirements. Maintain accountability of assigned work and adhere to SDLC, project priorities, and timelines. Provide status updates to the appropriate stakeholders as needed. Collaborate with Quality Analysts, Developers, and other team members to achieve elegant solutions which satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives. Participates as a SME for new strategic programs or initiatives impacting current and existing systems. Qualifications 4
years experience as a Business Analyst supporting and enhancing business data movement and business intelligence reports. Understanding of various techniques used to elicit requirements and manage stakeholders. Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence Reporting Tools. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how BA processes fit into KANBAN and Scrum Frameworks. Natural curiosity to understand business needs and wants to be part of a highly productive team that delivers work items on a continual basis. Great interpersonal, communication, and written skills. Flexibility to work across multiple US time zones. Experience with process improvement is a plus. We are looking for individuals that are extremely self-sufficient, available to work flexible hours, & hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
